I just installed a new Jvc stereo and speakers, amp and box in an 07 Frontier double cab. Now my Supplemental Air Bag warning light is on, and with the truck turne off, my Security Indicator light flashes on and off ( I dont remember it doing this before) Anyway, I've checked fuses and stuff....any suggestions? The stereo is a JVC KW-XG700 and I bought a wiring harness that hooks to the factory wiring, so no cutting or splicing was done.
A: You have something wired wrong find a schematic of wiring system and retrace your steps.

its price is 11,500.is their a catch? i calld the guy and he said theirs nothing wrong with it it runs great, its a small dealership. he says they mainly do wholesale, and no overhead. what does this mean? wats the catch?
A: that's how low trucks have sunk. Grab it fast!! I have many phone numbers of customers looking for small crew cabs pick ups and there are NONE to be had. None at auction, none in the newspaper, ( we buy from private sellers at our dealer ship ).

Q: 6Disc changer in 2007 Nissan Frontier?
We bought a nissan frontier and got just the regular radio in it. We have been looking into getting the ipod interface that is available but everything we have seen sayd it only works with the 6 disc changer. I know you can get aftermarket radios that you can put an interface on but we dont want to change to an aftermarket radio. can you put the 6 disc changer into a frontier that was not equipped with it? Will wiring harness match up or am i going to have to replace that as well as the radio? I know it will be expensive to swap out but the truck has a big radio and when you go with aftermarket even with a face plate you can still tell there was suppose to be something bigger there. any info would be helpful from any nissan master techs out there!!!
A: Base audio system does not have amps and extra speakers your system has four speakers premium audio has eight speakers and fosgate sub woffer. So you will be miles ahead going on line with crutchfield dot com and select a system that will replace everything that is in your Frontier. XM Sirrius and I-POD or MP-3 and much more powerfull. The top of the line Fosgate system stilllacks the maxium punch of two JL audio 12" sub's and over 1,500 watt amp. pluss you can even get in dash DVD player and Navagation too! Yes your 2007 has to have the satillite radio wiring to be I-pod compatiable the connector is taped to the dash wiring harness near the parking brake above the hood release white ten wire connector. The real difference is steering wheel audio controls the I pod interface uses and the radio's ability to work with I-pod It is really nice not to have a charger and not even have to mess with the player just have your entire music collection with you at all times and away from the truck too.
Q: 2007 Nissan Frontier making a popping noise in the front end?
I bought this truck brand new last year and it has never made this noise before now I have a 2007 Nissan Frontier Nismo 2WD crew cab. I have taken it to the dealers service department six times they have replaced the drivers side upper and lower ball joints, drivers side upper A arm, and the sway bar bushings but it is still making this noise. Now they are telling me it is a normal noise and say they can't do anything else because nothing is wrong. If that is so why did they work on it six times replace all that stuff before saying this and it never did this before. It only does it when I am turning never going straight and it sounds like something pops when I hit a bump while turning. Does anyone know what it could be?
A: replace the bushings or oil them they are dried out

A: I have a 2006 gas but we love it. I'd love to have a diesel but I'm in the US. Very tough truck.

I recently bought a 2007 nissan frontier crew cab 4x4 v6. I think it was the best choice out of the mid size trucks. How does it compare to the other mid size trucks like toyota tacoma, or chevy colorado etc?
A: the colorado sucks its inline 5 is underpowered and a gas guzzler. They wanted way more than nissan for a cheaper truck with shittytires from te factory cheaper interior
the toyota is a good truck but that plastic bed was the deal breaker for me plus the price was too high

A: Hello: the VSS it mean the Vechle speed sensor ). and have 2 types of vss... the first is called input vss ,the second called the out put vss. and you can find the vss over the transmission of gear box. after finding the vss.. you can see the wire ..for more information the wire of vss have to 2 cables one for sginal ,other of ground .. ,both of them are coming from TCM .( transmission controm module ).

A: That is pretty close! Its really probably around $24980 with shipping. There is not very much profit in Nissan's. Nissan tends to be more loyal to the buyer than the seller.
You should be able to buy it for $25350 plus fees. That would be fair. Its a Frontier LE, so its easy for the dealer to replace his stock.
Q: How to change a tire on a 2007 Nissan Frontier?
A: Set the ebrake, jack up the corner, take off the lug nuts, let the air out, unscrew the tire pressure monitor nut and let the sensor drop into the tire, then you can mount and balance a new tire. You have to put the sensor back in the same corner or it will confuse the system.

I can use either steel or chrome wheel rims. New OEM's are much too expensive and I have tried looking for less expensive versions. Anyone have any suggestions. Thanks!

A: www.tirerack.com has deals on "steelie" wheels that are usually pretty economical.
You have a 6x114mm bolt pattern on your vehicle. Any vehicle with that bolt pattern and a similar offset will work. The offset should be pretty standard for trucks.
Q: Is there a supercharger for the 2007 Nissan Frontier?
I have a 07 SE Frontier, thats the big 4.0 :) looking for ways to make it faster, any suggestions?
A: Watch for Steve Millen to come up with a Supercharger. However the new trucks have high compression all ready so not to much boost is used. Because the frame is the same width as a titan why not install the titan 5.6 liter motor and transmission?
